Has anyone out there got the calculation or an existing spreadsheet containing method for calculating Easter Sunday for any given year?

Hello IML,
I tried pasting your the formula you suggested but unfortunately got an answer of the 30th June 2002 with 2002 in cell A1 - any ideas?

You did not advise what date format you normally use.

If you checked the site that you were given, you will see another formula. I tested the second formula and it provides the correct answer.

Just to make a correction to the originator of the formula...

Norbert Hetterich was the winner of the contest to find the shortest formula that will calculate the date Easter falls on from 1900 to 2078.

Chip's posting on his website is Norbert's formula (English translation)
