I have a sheet of data that contains blanks. I want to shade the blanks grey in one go rather than individually. I have done this before but cant remember how it is done. Any takers tks

Select the range containing the blank cells
Press F5 (Goto)
Click on the Special button at lower right
Click on the Blanks radio button at lower left
This will then limit the selection to only those cells which are blank.
Apply grey format
