I am trying to combine to columns of text to one (I can do that part). However, I need the formatting to be the same as another column so that I can use VLOOKUP. The column I working on contains first names. I need to insert a space before the first name so that when they are merged, they will be identical to the comparison list. There are about 4000 entries so I am not too interested in doing it manually and I think there must be something simple I am missing here. Any ideas?
