Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Hi,

Copy - Paste, if you want to include the workbook with data .

(Alt + Edit menue) Copy picture - paste, if you just want a picture of the chart.

Download the free zapgrab2.exe tool from somewhere on the web (may Google be with you) and use this if you want only parts of the sheet to be pasted as picture into .ppt.

Sorry, I typed wrong in my post.

Hold down Shift while choosing Edit menue and you will see it there.
