enable pagebreak arrowhead

Pl help with this little problem.
I can not adjust the page breaks by clicking and dragging them with mouse.

[FONT=comic sans ms,sans-serif]Somehow it has been disabled.[/FONT]
[FONT=comic sans ms,sans-serif]I can not drag the blue lines in order to change the position of lines in the pagebreak mode of view the worksheet.
[FONT=comic sans ms,sans-serif]The arrow just does not appear when i hover the mouse over the dark border, as it used to be some time ago!![/FONT]
[FONT=comic sans ms,sans-serif]I thought something in the options or customization might have changed which i can not repair.[/FONT]
