Endless Loop Excel VBA

i've quiet a few sub routines in my vba code, which often work fine, but sometimes it gets trapped into endless loop, and doesn't end, my few codes contain loops, i've read somewhere, if the code dun find the required criteria, it gets into an endless loop,i want to know, how to avoid those loops, and also if someone might help, i'll post my codes, which may be converted into simple coding rather than loops to avoid this messy situation. i need some immediate help.

If you need immediate help you should post your immediate endless looping code with an explanation of what you are wanting the immediate code to do.
