Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
can you please show what you would expect the output to look like.
in the image i tried to show what i want, the B and C columns are the original table, and columns "E" "F" "C" is the output im looking. I need the column A to be a sequential number with the cells with duplicate date and only visible cells (i did manual in the image), ie example if there's five cells with 15/04/2024, i need this to be 1,2,3,4 & 5 respectively, but also need this sequential order with visible cells when i filter the table, for example filtering column C by "a" (like the second table in the image), if the formula it's not taking visible cells only, the result for "a" and 15/4/2024 will be 1, 3 & 4, and i need it to be 1, 2 and 3
