Hi

hoping you can help me with this one. I wrote a database app a while ago and its been working fine for a few years. Recently we've upgraded from Office 2003 to 2010 and now when a line of code copies as woksheet within the same workbook it gives and error:
"A formula or sheet you want to move or copy contains the name '\b', which already exists on the destination worksheet. Do you want to use this version of the name?"

This is the first of many errors along the same line.

I couldn't find anything wrong in the sheet, the error also happens if I copy the sheet manually after it has been opened.

I've checked the data being put into the sheet and again nothing out of the ordinary. The sheet works fine when used with excel 2003.

I have searched but found nothing relevant, possibly I'm not phrasing it correctly.

Thanks
David.

Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
Well I managed to find the answer, thanks to an old post in the archive.
The errors were caused by named ranges, no idea how they appeared but there you go.
