I get the Unreadable Content error when opening this file in Excel 2010. All the content is retrieved but all the comments are lost which have embedded images. Is there a solution for this? It has happened a few times and I read in another post that deleting an image from a comment will cause this. I believe that is what is happening to me in each instance.

Is there a way to retrieve the comments without rebuilding? Is there a permanent fix to prevent this from happening again?
