Hello.
=COUNTIFS($AR$13:$AR$1000,"W",$AP$13:$AP$1000,">=2") gives me correct result.

if i want the 2 value to be represented in a cell so i can change it I get incorrect results.

here is what im typing.

=COUNTIFS($AR$13:$AR$1000,"W",$AP$13:$AP$1000,">=$A$1")

where A1= 2 my value should be the same.

any help would be appreciated.
