European Roulette Bet Maker

Dear Experts,

A very good evening. Here I am with a new problem. I am looking forward to your magic.

Required Information

1. European Roulette has 0 to 36 numbers. ( no double zero)
2. First dozen - 0 to 12
3. Second dozen - 13 to 24
4. Third Dozen - 25 to 36

Instructions

1. I want to make a self-functional spreadsheet that gives the result whenever we edit spins. Spin - is a single event. Each spin may give any number from 0 to 36

2. We will wait for two spins. If the last two spins (before making a bet) are consecutively from the same dozen then we will place the bet on the other two dozen in our next spin.

Example

First Spin - 7
Second Spin - 11 ( Because the last two spins are consecutively from the same dozen i.e. first, we will place our bet in the next spin on 2nd and third dozen)

If

Third Spin - 10 (which is again from the first dozen and is against our bet - 2nd and 3rd dozen, it should result in -2)

If

Third Spin - any number from second - 13 to 24 or Third - 25 to 36, then it should result in +1

3. Make sure it does not place a bet when the last three or more than three consecutive spins are from the same dozen.

Suppose,

First Spin 7
Second 11 - We placed bets on the second and third dozen
Third - 10 ( since we lost our bet and now the last three spins are consecutively from the same dozen i.e first, it should not place any bet now)

There is a problem with groups.

Group 1 = 1 to 12
Group 2 = 13 to 24
Group 3 = 25 to 36

I got the group numbers from INT((number-1)/12). I could have added 1 to that number to have the group #s be from 1-3 instead of 0-2, but it's irrelevant to how the code works and whether or not a bet won or lost.
