One of good advantages Excel 2007 is when I type for example “=v” it shows dropdown list of functions starting with “V” (VALUE, VAR, ..., VLOOKUP) & description of selected function, but after hitting “Tab” key it enters selected function & openes parentheses for example “=VLOOKUP(“ & waits for user, It doesn’t show what values needed to be entered like in Excel 2003 “VLOOKUP(lookup_value, table_array, col_index_num,[range_lookup]).
By the way In Excel Popular Options ScreenTip style set to “Show feature descriptions in ScreenTips”
