Hey

I have one row and four columns of info
Col a1 = K col b1 = 0 col c1=0 d1=0

in column e1 I would like to show the letter K.....possibly a lookup from a1:d1
but the row has a letter as well as some numbers...so can't do a data sort or can I ?? Changing to text
didnt seem to work....Not sure how to handle this find .....Thanks Everbody

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
ok I'm going to convert the letters back to numbers
than string some if formulas together

like this.....it works Thanks :(

=IF(A1=1,"A",IF(A1=2,"B",IF(A1=3,"C",IF(A1=4,"D",IF(A1=5,"E",IF(A1=6,"F",IF(A1=7,"G","")))))))
