Excel 2010 - VBA to have the Add-ins menu always selected

I have an excel program that I want to always have the "Add-ins" menu always selected, meaning being the default item/ribbon showing.

I tried recording a macro to see how to do it but nothing recorded.
I know where to put the code, I just need to code.

Tips?
 

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
The only thing I have found is using sendkeys like:

Application.SendKeys "%"
Application.SendKeys "X"
Application.SendKeys "%"

This is a terrible solution. I hope there is something else
