Excel 2019 Fit to one page not working

I am condensing our property down to 6" square increments. I have the building outlines on it so far. Our property is about 230" by 230", but when I try to scale to one page, it is not working, still wants to print on 6 sheets. Is there a maximum number of cells you can fit to one page?

I fixed it by shrinking the cells down to 20 x 20 pixels; however, MS should be ashamed for not letting me print larger cells to one sheet. For now I will blame them unless proven otherwise.
