Hi, I am trying to set the printer settings so that it prints all columns on one page width. It can be unlimited tall. But, when I print preview it takes up the left half of the page. I different worksheet within the workbook with the same settings displays just right. I've tried resetting column widths to contents. I've put settings in manually and via the print preview page. I've included two small screen shots showing a representative section and how it fits in relation to the page edge. As far as I know this is purely settings related. So, no code or formulas or anything. Thank you for looking and I am grateful for all advice.

ALL Columns Fit perfectlyAll columns Fit, but not the perfect fit.

Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Screenshots are of no help unless you show the settings you are applicating.
To be sure: always Clear any Print Area, then in Page Setup in tab Page goto session Scaling, select Fit To:, leave 1 in Pages Wide box and delete contents of Tall box.

I'll remember to include the settings if the problem comes up. It's really wierd because the next time I ran it everything worked exactly as one would hope without changing any settings. I'm just going to take the win. Thank you for the advice, I keep a notebook to reference when someone is kind enough to try and help.
