Excel and Quark Express

I'm having an issue with importing and Excel spreadsheet into Quark Express. I'm doing the Phonebook for our local Newspaper and I am having trouble trying to figure out how to do this. I already have the Excel Sheet populated and the Quark file stylized. All the files were done last year by someone else and and I got the job to update it. Well I updated the Excel sheet with new names and now I have to import the new names into the Quark file. Can anybody help me out with this? If you need any other info just ask and I will try my best to answer.

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
