anyone have any clue on what they are? are they from me downloading and using XL2BB? or know how to get rid of them?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Nothing to do with XL2BB, You have select certain add-ins

Simply uncheck those you don't want.

They are addons that are selected to run in the File | Options | Add-Ins menu
There are 4 categories of add-ins that can be set to start or not by using the manage drop down and the Go... button that is displayed in the Add-ins dialog.
