I'm sorry if this is an easy question but I can't figure it out....and even if it is possible.

I've got a sheet that has about 1400 rows of data that has a 2 columns - Date/Time and Surface Temp. In one given hour there may be a dozen records.

I've got another sheet that has 2 column names Date/Time and Air Temp. Generally, this is collected every 2 minutes...so give or take 30 records.

I'd like to have 2 series - 1 is the surface temp and the other the air temp but I can't figure out how to accomplish this, if I even can.

Here would be some sample data:

DateTime SurfaceTemp

11/9/15 8:14:40 AM 55
11/9/15 8:17:30 AM 55.6
11/9/15 8:45:17 AM 57.1
And so on...

DateTime AirTemp
11/9/15 8:12:40 AM 57.5
11/9/15 8:14:30 AM 57.5
11/9/15 8:16:20 AM 57.9
11/9/15 8:18:57 AM 60.1
....
11/9/15 8:57:09 AM 62.4
And so on

I'd like to see a line chart that shows the 2 temps...even though the times may or may not match.

Possible?

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Why not insert a chart from the two tables put together (either directly or with multiple consolidation ranges)?
