Hi all,

I got a question about comparing an Excel sheet with an Access database.
In the existing Excel sheet I want to have a button. When I press on the button he must compare the addresses from workbook Unidentified.xls Sheet1 column D with the addresses in Access database. The access database called Master-Identified.mdb and the table in the database called QIP and the column called Addresses.

In the existent spreadsheet I also want to fill in the path (Cell D4 and D5) where the Unidentified.xls and Master-Identified.mdb are. I would like that when I press on the button that he open the Excel document and Access database and compared them and close again.
The addresses which are not in the database must be added in Column A with the data from column G from the workbook Unidentified.xls

Can somebody help me with this to make a macro?

Grts. Stephan
