Excel Drop Down List and Manual entry in any cell

Hello everyone,

is there a way to enter and address in excel manually by writing out the address or by choosing a address from the list. Then using google maps to bring

Trying to do my best to enter either option for the user.

Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
