Excel Form on Web

I have been asked to put a form on our Website so we do not have to pring and send to our site offices, they will be able to go on our website and print it.

Where can I find information of how to do this?

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
