excel formula doesnt work with , but with ; only now

Hi when doing excel formulas, before it worked if i used a " , " but now i get an error and have to replace it with a " ; " for all formulas to work
example
=if(A2=0, "Yes", "No")
this used to work , above, but now does not and only works if i write is as
=if(A2=0; "Yes"; "No")

is there a setting in excel or windows to fix this? also sometimes when exporting to an excel format all " . " are coming in as " , " throwing off my calculations and lookups

I think maybe it's the country settings of your computer. Did you change things recently?
