I WANT BOX B1 TO HAVE THE TOTAL MEMBERS FOR THAT STATE, SO IN THE ABOVE PIC, ITS 3 PPL IN ALABAMA, HOW TO I FORMULATE THAT??

so i have a car audio team, normally i just count horizontally how many members each state has, thought i could make a formula that had that number in the column to stream line things....fyi this is the google spreadsheet wannabe, does that matter?
