Excel formula to return minimum amount

HI Have a spreadhseet to calculate fees and charges at work. One of our fees is $114.00 per square meter, with a minimum rate of $405 per annum.

Is there a formula that can multiply E by F and returns either a minimum amount of $405.00 or an amount that is greater than $405.00.

=E43*F43
