Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Welcome to the MrExcel board!

This can certainly be done with a macro, but it's also very easy manually

1. Select the 3 columns (Click & drag across their heading labels)
2. F5 > Special... > Blanks > OK
3. Press the = sign then the up arrow and then hold Ctrl while you press Enter
4. Select the 3 columns again, Copy and Paste Special (Values)
