EXCEL QUESTION SUMIF WITHIN A ROW

Hi! I need help with this, I need to add the data within a row from January till the month today.

MonthJan-24Feb-24Mar-24Apr-24May-24Jun-24Jul-24
Target5000100001200015000200002000013000

Hope you could help me with the formula, no VBA codes please. The only solution I can think is to transpose the date then use hlookup for the target, then use sumifs. But I'm hoping to skip transpose and hlookup part. Thank you!
 

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
