Hello,

I have a coworker who likes to open Excel file attachments in incoming email, make changes and then do "Save and Send".

Where do they save to when she does this?

It is not asking her or prompting her for a place to save them, it just saves them "somewhere mysterious" and the new version is in her latest email, but it has the same file name as the email she opened.

Help?
:help:

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Welcome to the Forum,

Most attachments are saved into a Temp folder. If you want to know the location then try this out.

Open an attachement and then Press F12 which is Save As then look at the File Save As address line and see if it gives you the Temp Folder Location.
