hello,
A week or so ago, for some unknown reason, the version of Excel on my pc (2002) stopped automatically opening the .xls file (which has all my VBA code) that I have placed in
C:\Documents and Settings\Database\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART
This file would always auto-open up until last week.
The directory text didn't change any in the At startup, open all files in: text box in the General tab of Options.

How do I fix this so the file will start auto-opening once again when I start Excel?

thanks in advance,
david

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Hi David

One thing to try is (from the main Excel interface)

Help>About Micorosft Excel>Disbaled Items button and check your file isn't listed there. If so, re-enable it.
