Excel Sum Based on Frequency and Another Matching Criteria

Column A is an ID number. Column B is a date of occurrence. Column C is an amount. Column E is Column A, as non-duplicated values. I'm trying to get a return for Column F based on Column E where I am summing Column C, but only once per unique date in Column B.

EDIT:
Returning the sum of column C if the ID # matches and only one return per matching ID and exact date within B
