Hi All,

With the pandemic, I am trying to learn the basics of excel - formulas, data analysis using various tables etc.
First, is/are there any resources I can use to self teach along with exercises to put the knowledge into practice? And

I am trying to go back to some IT competency based exercises from job interviews last year - came across one which I have uploaded on 'excelforum' - I tried to do this using vlookup but get stuck as to how to go about doing this. Task requirements and data are within the excel document - info is not sensitive data.

Excel exercise from a previous competency test

Thank you,
Jay

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Here is one resource.
