Excel Toolbar, web toolbar

I am new to Excel 2010. I'm customizing my ribbon. In Excel 2003 there was a Web Toolbar which would show the file path of the document you were in. I can't find it in the new version. Any idea how I can get it back? I'd like to add it to Word also.
