Excel VBA to read from text file

I have a text file called num.txt, the text file has numbers exactly like 1-2-3-4-5-6. While in excel spreadsheet each number in its own column like columnA has in number1, ColumnB has in number2, ColumnC has in number3....and so on. i want a macro to check in text file against the excel spread sheet to see if any list of numbers match. if any list of numbers match then highlight the excel row where there is a match. any genious out there can help please
