Am new to this community,

how do I find the average value for a particular range of cells, the range for which is determined by the value contained in another cell?

Ie: I have Students Marks Data as Student id No., Student Name,Section,campus Name(college name),State,SUB(MAT,PHY,CHE)MARKS IN THREE COLUMNS, TOTAL MARKS,

information: we have 50 above campuses(colleges) and given the different targets to each campus, 20,000 total campuses(all colleges) strength

Question: I want their average according to the given target as per campus(college Name), if i gave 20 target then if sorting high to low of total marks and top 20 numbers have to get average, like this to get all campuses(colleges) average.
