Excel without mouse

When we have a chart in excel, to the right, there comes three icons-plus sign, a paint brush and a filter icon. Is there anyway to select the plus icon using keyboard instead of clicking on it?
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
