Is it possible to use excel completely without mouse? And is it efficient in most cases to use keyboard over mouse?

Especially how do you navigate all options in charts with keyboard, from selecting the chart to updating the axis options, chart options, etc?

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Keyboard commands are way faster. All menus are pneumonic. Press the ALT key and Excel shows you the letters to press. If you hover a menu item it will show a tip with a shortcut for some of them.

Not everything is easier with the keyboard

I have committed many to finger memory. Sometimes when I have to repeat a command over and over, I'll use the pneumonic method to get it done quickly.

CTRL 1 = Cell Formatting
ALT E S V = Paste Values
ALT E S T = Paste Formats
ALT E S F = Paste Formulas
ALT M N = Name Manager
ALT M N N = New Named Range
CTRL SHIFT L = Toggle Column Filters

Hi jeffrey, thanks for your comment! I too use the shortcuts that you mentioned. but when it comes to working with charts, I end up using mouse. Is there any shortcut for that?
