EXCEL1: Macro Button in 2007

How do I create a Macro button in EXCEL 2007.

You need to right click on the ribbon on the top of the page and go to customize then go to the popular tab, in there is a checkbox to to enable the developer tab, enable this. In the developer tab in the top ribbon there is an insert option to insert a button.

Not quite sure what you mean.

To add a button to the worksheet, click on Insert in the Controls group on the Developer tab.
