excluding day(s) when macro should not run

Hi,

What kind of commands do you need to include in a macro to specify that if today=sunday, then do not perform macro and exit file and excel?

Help appreciated!

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
