In excel, you can track changes if you "share" a workbook. These changes appear like a comment in excel.

I'm trying to export these comments via Adobe Acrobat, in a PDF. Instead I receive an error message, "Acrobat PDFMaker may not be able to convert comments and some links for shared Workbooks. Remove sharing on the workbook to convert these items. Do you want to continue without these features?"

How can I remove sharing, but still keep these tracked changes comments?

OR does anyone have any ideas in how to work around this and use a different feature to show tracked changes as a comment in a PDF?

Thank you!
Kristen
