Hi All,

I am about to pull my hair out right now. Sure hope someone can give me some guidance.

I have an Excel Spreadsheet that pulls information from an access database. My macro refreshes the data. The recordset that is returned is less than 20 rows however there are 83 columns of information.

If I open the access database and look at the recordset that is returned I have data in the columns. However in the Excel Spreadsheet the last columns of data are returning with 0's can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple

Kathleen,

You may want to provide the relevant macro code, as well as an example of the data you're pulling, to get help faster.

Sub SetSales()

Cells.Select
Selection.ClearContents
Selection.ClearFormats

Application.ScreenUpdating = False
Application.DisplayAlerts = False

Range("A6").Select
Selection.QueryTable.Refresh BackgroundQuery:=True

Here is the code, the data that is returned is all numberical with the exception of column B which is the SKU
