Extract Attribute of Div from local html file and copy in excell

I have one html file which has many divs. I need to extract data enclosed within "" of data-href. Check code below....



I need to extract data-href url (this may have alphabet, numeric, character) within "".

One similar solution i found at http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/excel-...act-scraping-div-data-website-copy-excel.html

However, it is only for web page not for local document.

looks like extracting data from local file is not possible.

since starting thread, i searched google for solution for hours.
