Hi everyone, I like to extract middle text string from the cell, how can I do that?

For example:

(loop:"LITTLE")
(loop:"ABCDEFGH")
(loop:"TINY")
(loop:"BIG")

In the formula cell, I want to see :
Little
ABCDEFG
TINY
BIG

Please advised and your help will much appreciated. THANKS

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Assuming entry in A1, try:
Code:
=MID(A1,8,LEN(A1)-9)
