Extract values from column

Hello,

I have excel sheet that contains a column with AD attribute like distinguish name.

CN=Ajay\, Singh,OU=NAM,OU=Users,OU=NAM Managed Objects,DC=wipvrn,DC=local

However in this distinguish name there is a manager name (Ajay Singh). Is there a way using VBA we can extract this name and place it back into the same cell?
