Extracting Denominator to a special formatted cell

Hello everyone! Hope your all doing well. I was trying to extract the denominator on this cells:

After I extract all the denominators on these 4 cells, I would like to get the average. So far all the formulas that has been shared on this community is not applicable on my question. The formulas I have seen here only works if the A1 cell is written as 259/259 not as =259/259. Hope you can help me!
