Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
Try

=MID(A1,FIND("_",A1)+1,FIND("_",SUBSTITUTE(A1,"_","~",1))-FIND("_",A1)-1)

FIND("_",A1)+1

locates the first _

FIND("_",SUBSTITUTE(A1,"_","~",1))

locates the second _ by substituting ~ for the second _

then the MID function returns the text between the first and second _
