I have a simple question,

If I have workbook with several worksheets and some of these sheets are interlinked, if I want to reduce the size of my workbook by extracting some of those worksheets to say book 1, which the linked be updated to book 1 or will the links come up as #Ref ?

Or will I need to need to go to those cells and do a copy paste special values before I extract these sheets?

Thanks heaps
Edward

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).

Whatever you decide to do, first make a backup copy of your original file.

thank you it works if I dont delete the new workbook, the links just get updated to the new source, I was weary of doing this as it was a lot of work.
