Fast Data Load, good idea or not??

Hi All,
i have a file that has 102 power queries in all, about 75 of which are tables.

when i refresh all it takes approx 15-20 minutes.

ill refresh twice a day.

i am considering the FAST DATA LOAD option.

appreciate if you think this is an ok/good idea

and if so

can i change the settings to ALL of them by going QUERY/OPTIONS and turning ON FAST DATA LOAD.

but would that ONLY apply to all NEW queries that i set up and on my existing ones ill have to change EACH one in the properties.
