I'm having trouble with my file origin not staying put after a data import. I import txt files with UTF 7 and it will successful import all my data, however after I save and close the file, there are many instances where I will re-open the file and the import will change to something different, such as Baltic, or Croatian. Also I share these files with other people and when they specifically open my files, the file origin will change. Has anyone ever heard of this problem or know of a solution to get the file origin import to stick?
