Filter column D for blanks, delete all data below header

Hello!

Looking to filter my data in column D and delete all the data below the header.

So example here -- filter column D for (blanks) and then delete everything from column B (or A) to column K. Notice the random blank in column B so xlDown doesn't work the best, at least the way I tried.
