Filter validation list with another validation list

Excel 2003
I created 2 validation list via Data >Validation>List

How can I make it where if user select from list1 then list2 filters to show only fields associated with list1?

This is the data that feeds the list

A B C D
1 smith abc Co
2 jones abc Co
3 smith xyz Co
4 smith def Co
5 jones abc Co

Select smith in the list1 and list 2 is filtered to
1 smith abc Co
3 smith xyz Co
4 smith def Co
